Jeoh helped him from prison by blaming the murders onto someone else, that one guy that killed himself before he got arrested. And now Songrok doesn't kill people because if he did, the crazy policeman would start to investigate it further and could possibly find out that it was actually Songrok who killed them. (⌒▽⌒)
If I recall correctly isn't the Seme a murderer? Didn't he killed people on behalf of that woman in the beginning before falling in love with the uke? If so why hasn't he just killed them already?
