The writer and the artist is the same. The name is A1 and can be found in instagram and X as a1keep.
Just the publisher changed. The reason why it ended abruptly is because Under the green light and On or Off had issues with their publisher D & C Media. Both authors decided to move to another publisher (ABJ) and change the names of their works. "On or Off" to "Work Love Balance" and UTGL as "Green Wars: Mongri".
Maybe both authors kind of help each other, they use the same old comic filter.
You can tell the person who was writing the plot for On or Off left lol now we got that mediocre plot focusing on a pathetic love triangle and jealousy/insecurity out of nowhere
