Prince, dragon and mushroom are from different worlds( not sure Abt the prince). In the original story dragon becomes evil and the prince kills it becomes king and so on....
But the mushroom girl wrote a fanfic Abt the novel changing the world to ABO (alpha, beta, omega) cos she shipped the prince and dragon bad ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶. So rather than transmigrating to the original world they fell into the fanfic.
As for the prince he when he was born his mother put curses on him forcing him to appear, like and omega that when people look or think about him they think so. Prince just accept that and lives that way( he can change it if he breaks the spell since he's quite powerful). His brother wants to mark him cos the queen wants a pure blood child.
For the ending the mushroom says if they want to leave the world the have to follow the original story ending with the dragon being evil and all. The prince is quite obsessed with the dragon so for now we'll just see how the ending goes.

His mom is from the Seville family and they're blessed by the goddess. If an omega from their family marries and Alpha, they give birth to a blessed children that strengthens the Gold vein( where they mine gold, as far as a blessed child is born they'll have infinite gold. For now i still don't understand if the child need to be and Alpha or omega)
He's acting like an omega cos of the curses his mom put on him. She did so trying to avoid him being killed. He's also acting that way just to prove to the people that even as an omega he can do anything.
While the queen wants her son to have a child with him creating a pure blood child that'll increase the power of the Gold mine giving her family power as the child will be from he lineage.
