From the flashback, it seem like the one who hurt them did something to the younger brother tongue so he won't be able to talk. It does give some hint if you read the chapter carefully. Also, I hope the older brothers didn't get rape. This is just an assumption from the raw, bc I see an older guy put candy on the bed and pull the boy into the room and close it. Also, the older brother went to court before but it seen no one believed him. Gosh, they went through so much. Kind of painful to read their childhood part, they went through a lot of pain. Especially mc, and I feel bad for the brother.
