it breaks my heart seeing mc so conscious of her mom AUHGHHH a part of me still actually dislikes the empress because of her neglecting mc as a kid and leaving her to fend for herself in the slums. And the fact that little kid was aware of her moms behavior and that her mom was unreliable even if she was an adult TT__TT
When she told her older brother about her time living in the slums and about how she avoided human trafficking and other inhumane crap and they all showed concern for her ;; it makes u fully grasp her naivety as a child despite also being so mature for her age SHES 8 YEARS OLD!!!!! Also those short adult joke moments that try to hint to the viewer when the empress and emperor have their meetings and she genuinely believes that they get into heated arguments over the economy or whatever they talk about.
Anyway, mc has such a sincere soul that just makes u wanna hug her and spoil her rotten. Lauv/Rauv is also really hot pls give me one chance i can fix u ;3
