So annoying! I would axe it too! It got turn into nothing but a fight manga. The MCs setting was quickly abandoned and only used as joke materials afterwards. There is a lot of things to like in this manga. the character design is decent/cute, the drawing is decent, the setting is good for comedy or even romance, but that was all abandoned just to make another superpower fight story! This must be the editor's fault. They are famous for turning interesting things into nothing but parade of tropes. sigh...
