Well, I think he was going to try to with that one guy, but he couldn't. If I remember right, it's been only Fukami since their first night together when they went on that business trip.
I think they are talking about Fukami... If i'm right then kinda yes. Fukami is the type that does it when he has the opportunity. He wasn't as active as Kaji before they got together but used to sleep with other guys too
