The story is just full of plot holes. I respect peoples preferences, but except of the art its really not good.......
Well from what I remember is that her first life is her as Elisa, the villainess but got reborn as a surgeon as her second life and her third life is her going back in time of her first life. So she has memory of her past 2 lives. Hope that makes sense.
It also shows, many time of her first life with her marriage with Ron our ML, who did not love her at all before he killed her. So her third life, she tried her hardest to not fall for our ml as she knew he didn't love her at all. That's why there was a lot of misleading feelings for her throughout the main story as her mind was set on that he didn't love her at all.

I just started to read but I'm confused in the beggining she died as a surgeon and got isekaid, but during the first dew chapters she talks not only about being a surgeon but as her previous live as elise as well so wtf
