not usually? It's very uncommon, even moreso finding out what happened to MCs original body. There's only 3 that I can think of where they DEFINITELY go back at some point, 1 where they MIGHT be going back and 2 where the main characters find out what happened to their original body (Not counting the ones that go back)
And there's 1 REVERSE isekai I can think of (Fantasy character reincarnates in modern world)
for example you read something like I got isekaid into something like this
so in the end of the story will they end up going back to the real world??
