To some people, yeah, even rape looks romantic because it's yaoi. To others, no, rape is disgusting, common genre trope or not.

It's still rape even if he felt good. In real life many rape victims have gotten pleasure from the act. Feeling good isn't something you control by will.
Yeah the body is built to feel pleasure during sex so the body can ejactulute in a male, but mentally rape can be torture and I hate when the seme excuses his actions because the victim 'enjoys' it.
