The manga is about this guy who is a psychiatrist and throughout the story he is talking to another psychiatrist about his mental problems. He rented his house to this other guy who has weird purple hair who seems to have a mental illness too, concerning crowds and people. The psychiatrist only wanted to show him the house and was not really thinking of renting it to the weird-hair guy. But his cat liked the guy so he ended up allowing the purple dude to rent.
I tried to find it in my favorite and in my mangago's reading list and everything. I vaguely remembered the name of the manga or the first few pages talking about a noise you can hear in the silence.
