I can't remember if it's a manga or a web novel with a few arcs but it featured a calming and I think doting top and an obsessive bottom. I can't remember if the top transmigrated or isekai'd into ancient times with a system but I remember WAYYYY down the lie there was a moment when the top/gong/semester/activo/attacker had reincarnated into a tiger and the bottom/shou/uke/pasivo/receiver character wanted to take out his (the top that was currently a tiger) eyes because it reminded him of his top. This manga or webnovel is from the top's perspective/features a seme protagonist. I also am not sure if I'm confusing this with another manga/novel but I THINK the first act the bottom character may have been blind? I also think there was a scene where the top mc had interfered in a scene where the bottom was going to be tricked by a side character (a prince, I think?) with aphrodisiacs and made it so that the side character consumed the aphrodisiacs instead.
