My coach made me a spiker and libero ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ I have to practice spiking, foot work and my reaction time. Coach sets the ball to me and i jump to spike but i can't jump high enough, i'm only 5'4 and coach thinks it's best if i'm a spiker. I can't even serve hard enough, my foot doesn't listen to me when i needed to go left/right. Anyone who played volleyball for a while now, can you please give me some tips on how to serve a volleyball hard and futher. I also need tips on how to spike harder and jump higher. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
Have u ever try playing dodgeball? Its really recommend, because u can improve ur foot and reaction while ur dodge. For spike u need work out ur biceps and triceps
