I hope you do realize this is a joke manga. The plot is completely based on comedy, and from my experience there are almost no fujoshis who do this in real life. There is a difference between fiction and reality and it's honestly sad you can't tell the difference.

I honestly think this exaggerated gag manga is better than the fetishistic stuff that takes itself seriously. There's another manga where a fudanshi does the same thing, though it's much less sexual, so maybe that's why no one complains.
If it was a guy having delusions about lesbians, I wouldn't mind either (even as a girl who likes girls). After all, it's gag. I think her delusions are ridiculously funny. And like I said, it's better than the stuff that takes itself seriously.

I can't find this funny and I'm not into this manga. I check it hoping I'd find something funny in the future. But I gotta disagree with you, it's just funny manga, and I can't find it offensive, just imagine the girl is fantasizing about hetero couple? You will just call her a hentai. So let's keep simple stupid things the way they are.
Asian LGBT culture is far different from Western culture. I'm a girl who likes girls, and whenever I say that and some guy goes, "Wow that's hot", it's off-putting. Because for me, I'm just porn fodder for them. But perhaps your experience is different. Perhaps your relationships have never been reduced to sex objects and that's okay
