The last chapter is 180, after the manga, the author released a special illustration fanbook which contains pictures of what happened to everyone after such as when they got to see Hotaru and Subaru at one point, there's also when Mikan and Natsume had a date and in the far off future where they got married <3 and more..
There is a spin-off to this series entitled Kageki no Kuni no Alice which focuses on Tsubasa's younger sister; Mikan, Natsume, Narumi, Aoi and Bear appear in the story too :)
