Kouto literally did all he could to get with Nishihiro. He never lead him on bc he always loved him from the start. They have the cutest relationship!! Nishihiro wants him so bad too it's just so cute. You can see Nishihiro healing from his past crush, then falling deeply for Kouto. I thought that was really nice.
Nishiro after being with Kouto NEVER showed interest for Nakano at all. I don't know why so many are interested with Nakano I didn't really care for him at all. Nishihiro was able to move on from him and his love with Kouto really shined the most for me. Nakano was like in 2~3 chapters only? So I don't see the hype ? Hahahaha
