It's an non yaoi manga and mainly a slice of life story.....
The story begin where there's a naive (?) couple who had sex because they saw their siblings does it.. They didn't know they supposed to use condom so the girl end up being pregnant.
The first problem came from each of their family who doesn't allow them to be together.. But after some begging the families gave in and let them together.
Then there's the problem from the school.. The school doesn't let the girl to continue studying there because she's pregnant. But after some drama and hardship the school let her stay.
