I also hate student×teacher manga, but this one is good. Read the first 5 chapters and see if it changes your mind
You have to read with an open mind. I wouldn't support a real life relationship like this one, but here you can clearly see each person's thoughts. You can see how genuine the teacher is, and how his connection to her leads his interest, but want really grabs people I think would be the comedy(mostly dark humor related to suicide and such)
I think part of the reason is that it's self aware, the author doesn't try to disguise their age gap as romantic and instead uses it as a punchline for dark jokes, most of this manga is just dark dry humor but that's also what makes it an interesting read.
I hateee teacher x student relationships, for obvious reasons, but I've seen a lot of praise for this manga and I'm kinda curious about it. If you've read it, why is it different that other teacher x students manga and why do you think this manga is good?
