In my perspective, its her conclusion after seeing the box with hair, tooth, and incarnation, then a tiny notebook? That has the picture of theo very identical to rain(shes scared and making assumptions).
I would freak out too, but rain couldn't even answer it or explain it why he look like someone in the picture. Its unsettling situation for them.
Is it just me or the person in the pşcture could very well be Rains' dad? Why that chick be freaking out?
