The one I’m seeing people baby the most is probably Skylar, everyone knows Cirrus is batshit crazy at times. A lot of people on Twitter say not to blame Skylar and his trauma is the reason. I can say the same for Cirrus, but I will also blame him for his CHOICES. I can only explain why they are like this, but not justify and baby them.
So yes Skylar can be blamed for causing misunderstandings and not communicating, same for Cirrus, but the explanation for that is their trauma conflict.
I don’t think a lot of readers experienced mental issues to empathize much and demonize one over their biased. They keep blaming one for every issue. The sorry isn’t Cirrus Vs Skylar, but fans make it like that…
no bc the lack of understanding some of these mfs have for mentally unstable characters (let alone real people) is just sad atp. as someone with many mental illnesses as well as bpd, most of the time i cant even get mad/upset over the way they both act because other than being realistic considering their mental states, they're also relatable. i can literally imagine myself reacting similarly in a lot of the scenes and that further proves how well written they are even though the majority of the fandom cant comprehend that. most of them see skylar as the victim of every single thing cirrus has done and treat cirrus like hes a literal hellspawn i swear media literacy is dead and theyre the same people who turn around and say "heh.. yeah, i guess you could say im a fan of.... dark psychological media
I like this. The popularity that this manhwa is receiving is good for the author and those genuinely invested in the story but otherwise maybe half of the fandom wears prescription glasses with 20/20 vision bcs they cannot see past the pretty artstyle, I'm pretty sure. They're high school students, in the midst of exploring and understanding themselves and other while desperately maintaining relationships in their lives. They're just unfortunate to have grew up with their circumstances.

Can you believe that some people actually believe social media doesn’t affect people in real life? That’s how ignorant they are and I’m talking about high school graduates going into college, they’re young still but they’re capable of trying to understand. I don’t know where they grew up but clearly lacks empathy and understanding of mental health.
Both are victims. I can’t stand it when some act like Skylar can’t be blamed.
It’s really good. I’m glad it’s getting fame but it’s also reaching some wrong people haha, the downsides to being popular. Good phrase, prescription glasses despite having 20/20 vision. I just hope there aren’t any high schooler readers or high school graduates being biased with Skylar or cirrus. They should be able to understand mental health unless they grew up with a loving family and no financial issues, good life basically. But even those with good life should understand mental health, not be ignorant and act as if trauma can go away.
Nobody will understand better than those who have experienced mental health problems. Just my opinion. And yes no worries, Candy is alive and well. She got through the surgery successfully I heard!
When I read this story the very first time and saw they started dating. I predicted there will still be challenges, not only because of their trauma but also Skylar hasn’t fully opened up yet. I feel bad for both, they’ve been through so much and I hope they get a pleasant ending, where they start healing. Doesn’t matter if they end up together or not but the main thing I want for them is to heal.
They will end up together don’t worry, it’s already been confirmed by the author since the beginning in a Korean interview
I’m glad they will! Since things are looking kind of rough I was expecting one of them mainly Cirrus, being forced to leave the country to some school. But I’m glad they will remain together and hopefully on a healing journey.
Also LITC is ending soon so even better.

Let’s be real. The only reason Skylar stans and Cirrus stans fight is because neither tries to fully understand each other character’s trauma. I’ve seen many argue over this and who’s had it worse. Not the time fellas!
Why are there even single character stans? It should be Skyrus stans, not just one of them for each. The only real and genuine ones who try to read and understand 100% are SKYRUS team.
Skylar has trauma, he’s no little deal than Cirrus. And Cirrus has trauma. I saw some comments about wanting Cirrus to be with another person cause Skylar makes misunderstandings (telling Cirrus that he likes another and being distant).
MY FRIEND THATS CALLED ANGER ISSUES AND STEMMING FROM TRAUMA. Same with Cirrus, he has manipulative tendencies because he wants to FEEL IN CONTROL which stems from his abusive childhood and being controlled by supposed parent.
When Skylar opens up, I will cheer. And I’ll feel so glad when Cirrus feels relieved to know and be reassured that he’s loved by the one he likes (Skylar). Being relied on and trusted is the best. I want Skylar to open up to Cirrus the way Cirrus did as well, it can be slow.
I’m sure some sort of situation soon will cause Skylar to open up.
