It seems like hes trying to groom you into doing sexual favours in return for good grades, don't ever let him do more.
If you don't draw the line it'll get worse and you won't be able to rat him out either because they'll make you get into to trouble as well since you got better grades for it.
Shake off his hand or pull your hand away towards yourself when he holds it and don't stand close enough for him to tough you (stand across from him). And obviously tell your parents instead of just posting here.

what a creepy teacher !! like the other said don't stand close enough to him. and I think you shouldn't smile, maybe he will keep doing it becuase he thinks u like it since u smile ! (even tho it's fake smile), hope u wouldn't experience that again, and if he keep doing it, you should tell adults.
Best option tell your parents about him , if you keep smiling fake smiles he might think you accepting this creepy teacher , so to be on the safe side tell your parents

Don't ever smile back if anyone do something like that to u, even if that person is someone u should feel respected. When u do that that actually encourage that person to do anything that person want to u. Be more fierce and tell your teacher that u don't like that. Draw a perfect line between u two that actually tell your teacher that you're a student and no funny business intended
i never pay attention on his class, and i screw up my last exam, and i thing if i do that it will make my class watching abt what is going on and i dont want ppl to talking abt that and make nonsense behind my back, but i will make sure dont get too close to him again
YOU SHOULD, this can be pretty much dangerous, if you accept sexual harrasement in your early years things gonna get worse when in college/work. You should know how to be firm and you're still young can't stop him yourself. Let your parents know and teachers and everyone. PUNISH HIM SEVERLY, i was molested when I was young too but a child and my parents found out before it was too late now I feel awful not telling them from the first day. Don't be lenient, if you don't stop him now he might actually do something worse to another girl maybe even rape so do the right thing even if it's hard. No dear, his son will be taken care of. Just let your parents know, what if he's a sick person who also molests his son? Don't worry, just tell your parents that your teacher isn't normal and touches you in a gross manner. Sue him for Sexual Harrassment. You are a student + you have conclusive evidence to prove his guilt therefore the Law is on your side. LOL THAT MAY BE A BIT TOO MUCH.

Honestly, tell your aunty or guardian, about this, but also tell them that you don't want to make a big deal and want to ward him off on your own, IF thats what you want. Just make sure to tell an adult this so that if you get backed into a corner by this teacher, they will already know and support you and pull you out of trouble.
While I said you can tell your aunty/guardian to not make a big deal of it, just keep in mind that if this isn't working on you, he might just go to another girl who has bad grades and he thinks is living a rebellious life,or seems to be isolated and has no one to go to for help unike you with your friends and your aunt (she might have a bad relationship wit her parents and have no friends). There might be more victims later or there already is more victims.
Honestly I'm not really a grown up yet, and I have legit no experience even as a bystander for this situation, so I don't what to say you can do. Your really better off telling an adult and asking for their help, or even going to a help line to ask for advice (you can stay anonymous and just get advice, I think). You might be able to ward him off on your own, but without any consequences for him, he's just going to prey on other girls.
That doesn't need evidence , simply reporting him would make him in big issue , because best to stop problems while still small , than wait for them to become a big problems

Today is third day going to school after My Practical Work, my teacher is male and he touching my back and down until close to the waist, and it was kind of gross but im still force to smile at him while i was go back to my seat, and then he give a task to everyone in my class, i was the last person that give my book, and then he give me my book while he was touching my hand and it was SOOO Gross i was holding so much anger because of him and still put my fake smile and he was holding it too long that i start to worry that he never let go of my hand infront my class (his desk) so i was finnish to put my A+ in his paper then i in hurry go back to my seat and grab my friends hand,
still i hope this never happen again cause it was my first time experience that kind of thing, you know he never do that to me before, and i never really listening to his nonsense abt his class, i always sleep or eat snack in his class and always talks with my friends because his class is so boringg
