Looking for Manga I read but forgot the title.

Its a story about s boy that live on a Island and a guy comes in and out investing who is bringing guns onto the island illegally. But, those that live on the island does not know anything outside of the island like how time has change in Japan. Since, those that are on the island is living in edo era. Any idea? Would like to read it again. Thanks
