If I'm not wrong that's from Nageky no Vampire, a novel illustrated by Yamane Ayano. It's not translated in english as far as I know. The images are very hot tho.

I didn't actually remove the text to annoy people, just that Asami had a dragon tattoo on his back and I removed it to look more like Asami. I thought I may as well remove the text because the image would look better
