Finding this yaoi/shounen ai/others?

I don't remember much. There a scene in which the uke(?) refused to eat anything due to some reason which cause him to become very weak and lying on the bed. Therefore, a man (could be the seme?) force him to eat them. There was a female character with them as well who is concerned with the uke i think.

Im not sure whether it is yaoi, shounen ai or could even be neither of them. Best if anyone could provide the chapter or page number of the scene.
