It has actually resumed from hiatus recently. Apparently the artist just had some family issues. But there's also the thing that Japanese publishers have recently made it quite clear that they don't exactly like fan-translators so I'm not sure what to do. The artist seems incredibly glad to have foreign fans though so I'm really not sure what to do. On one hand this title has a really special place in my heart and I'm thrilled that it's resuming again, because honestly the plot is just getting better and better and we're now getting into who that person from at the end of the first volume from the painting that resembles Yui is, but on the other hand it's clear with how many things went that Japanese publishers are not as happy with scanlation as I once thought they were. When I was still scanlating I thought they purposefully tolerated it as a strategic move but that doesn't seem to be the case.

Sigh...well...at least they gave us a fair warning about this possibly being the end so we could prepare ourselfs to be left on a cliff hanger...god i hope its not tho... ┗( T﹏T )┛
Man....this is almost as bad as when they canceled cbs' "so help me todd" on a cliffhanger at the end of season 2....that waa such a good show and this is such a cool unique manga....goddammit WHY MUST THE GOOD DIE YOUNG???? Σ( ̄□ ̄||) (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
