could be, it's just because in the beginning of story mc was already in a kid's body, i was kinda expecting him to look like that this time too

its been 2 yrs since the beginning of the story, artstyles arent 100% consistent (especially if ur drawing digitally)...ofc its changed, especially when new styles start to trend
