What are you talking about? What romantic framing? There is no romance in this manga. I mentioned this before but the main character doesn't want to get married. And again, physically speaking, he's a child. His age doesn't transfer over during reincarnation. He does NOT have the same body after reincarnation. It's a reset, not a continuation. Age only continues with the same body being revived. Even if age regressed. If you took this argument to an age regression isekai then you could have had a case.

To be honest, it's basically memory transfer. Memories have nothing to do with age because age is a descriptor for physical things. Ethereal things like a soul don't age. And thus your age resets when you transfer to another body. Whether it's via soul transfer or memory transfer is irrelevant. A 10 year old boy is a 10 year old boy. This would be a different story if he was summoned with his original body and regressed in age in the new world but that's not what happened.
