Your logic makes no sense. Let me explain why. Think about it this way:
You think flowers are pretty, right? And yet, you don't want to romance it, marry it or mate with it, do you? Of course not! (......I hope not.) Same thing.
Not only that but he also called his summon beast cute. Is he trying to romance them too? Of course not! On top of that, not only is the MC a prince, (which heavily limits his marriage options) but he has already clearly stated that he doesn't want to get married. Oh, did you forget that?
What's next? You see a perfectly normal father and daughter only to call the father a creep because he called his daughter who was dressed up for Halloween as a princess cute?
And this isn't even mentioning the most important thing. Even with everything I've mentioned, this is the one thing that you have overlooked the most.
Age is a physical thing. It's tied to the body. Not the soul. Mental and Spiritual aging is simply a metaphor for mental and spiritual maturity. Maturity and aging are not the same thing.
Let's use another example. Let's use a 10 year old boy with a 10 year old girlfriend and a 30 year old man with a 30 year old wife as an example.
Let's say that the boy and the man swapped bodies. Are you saying that you would be okay with the 10 year old in the 30 year old's body dating his 10 year old girlfriend? They are the same soul age, technically. Do you see how nonsensical this soul age nonsense is now?
Conclusion: Your argument is consists of nonsense upon nonsense with no basis in reality. In fact, this non-issue is not even close to being bad. Especially when there is a middle school super perverted womanizer that refuses to stop trying to seduce every girl he sees. Even if he's already in a relationship. There is content out there about the mc dating little girls. It's more common than you think. These are things that make sense to be angry about. In comparison, YOU'RE COMPLAINING ABOUT A COMPLEMENT!!! LET THAT SINK IN!
You’re comparing completely different situations. Calling a flower pretty or a father calling his daughter cute isn’t the same as a grown man repeatedly calling unrelated young girls cute in a context where there’s romantic framing. The issue isn’t the word “cute” by itself. It’s the pattern, the context, and the power dynamic. When an adult man comments on young girls’ appearance in a way that feels focused or unnecessary, people are going to question it, not because “compliments are evil,” but because adults have a responsibility to maintain clear boundaries with minors.
What are you talking about? What romantic framing? There is no romance in this manga. I mentioned this before but the main character doesn't want to get married. And again, physically speaking, he's a child. His age doesn't transfer over during reincarnation. He does NOT have the same body after reincarnation. It's a reset, not a continuation. Age only continues with the same body being revived. Even if age regressed. If you took this argument to an age regression isekai then you could have had a case.
Conclusion:
Notice how nobody is mentioning anything to do with romance? That is because it doesn't exist in this manga. That being said, I am curious as to what panels in this manga you have been misinterpreted as romance panels. Chapter and page numbers. It will be great evidence to use against you.
To be honest, it's basically memory transfer. Memories have nothing to do with age because age is a descriptor for physical things. Ethereal things like a soul don't age. And thus your age resets when you transfer to another body. Whether it's via soul transfer or memory transfer is irrelevant. A 10 year old boy is a 10 year old boy. This would be a different story if he was summoned with his original body and regressed in age in the new world but that's not what happened.

this man is a whole ass college student on the inside calling his these young girls cute. Immediate drop
