I lowkey feel like this is not meant to be a love triangle.. not really. One character's obsessiveness doesn't equate a romantic challenge.
Nasu and Ran seem to really like each other, where the last conflict in ch 32 leads Ran to actually get angry and actively refute Kaya's way of thinking. AND I'll say that Nasu seems to be supporting Ran's intention toward Kaya, as in also wanting Kaya to be taken care of in a familial way, instead of only ending Nasu's intentions at "winning the girl". He kept suggesting ways to resolve or make sure that Kaya is okay and didn't seem to get angry (well not outright, since he didn't want to scare his sisters) when Kaya blew up on him in this last chapter.
I really feel like Nasu is mainly a catalyst to help Ran grow more confident, since he doesn't actively force her to change anything about herself but rather embraces her so much that she can become more of herself. But I can't see Ran having a disinterest in him while she becomes confident, since even part of that confidence led her to defend him against Kaya. And I can see a potential that Nasu (as an already loving big brother to his sisters) would be an excellent brother to Kaya too.
So Kaya is the main character, but like, as a feral cat that everyone is trying to rehabilitate
But I don't really know. I could be having too much trust in the mangaka and they could really like disappointing developments and just making a yandere win or something lol
