Ok I think the reason they broke up (from what we have seen) if both of their faults, Leo definitely takes more of the blame but JJ is seem blatantly not even trying to communicate with him. We don't know much about his character yet but it is made off to seem he is argent and dense, so yes we should probably assume he would not do well with communication but the thing is; we never even see any communication on either part. I think they both need to work on themselves the fact that JJ can even bring things up to him comes down to JJ needing to also improve.
None the less I am very excited for the redemption but I hope Leo continues to win as he grows -> the more he changes and evolves as a person the better his racing will become. I am not to interesting in him crashin and burnin and only after he hit's rock bottom is when he begin to change. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
