I really wish I could find the exact chapter but it went something along the lines of this:
*Lispen talking to someone about the "King" under the first tower*
That someone: With the power of that King, we will fight demons!
Lispen: That is the fake King. He is weak and nothing compared to the real one. Just wait for your doom.
Okay okay, that was REALLY summarized. But anyways, I just think Lispen is literally crazy and too blinded to see good in humanity unlike the King and his brother.
I agree. Lispen does indeed showed an extreme hate towards humans that is why he wants [KING] to kill the humans. He did show despise towards humans since the very beginning. So I also think that for Lispen a being from underworld is weak if it adores humans

In this, it stated how [Mark] was given by CERTAIN human beings which are the Kansiol FAMILY who RECAP RECAP again some one in the previous chapter confirmed as the only beings who originally and the one and only (not humans) who have the MAGIC POWERS. Kansiol family who are Lanoste, Shicmuon, and the princess. That same person also asks why and how did humans suddenly have magics when its supposedly the Kansiol family only.
We can be certain that the tower captured and sucked the magic out of the Other King to gave other humans powers and to create this so called protection barrier around their country. Unbeknownst to them that (RECAP) the other King who adores human was actually and planned to save the humanity by dying in there and by spreading its power or magic essence to close all of the demons doors once and for all. The Humans are ignorant because they made their own situation worse by interfering to the Other King's plan to save humanity and also by killing the Other king who was supposed to be their savior or sacrificial savior. Lispen want's to kill all humans because of those reasons and also asks [KING] to end the [Mark of the Contract] because of what the humans foolishly done. In the end of this Manwha its possible that there won't be any magicians anymore if the [KING] really take away the power/magic he bestowed upon certain humans.

I really appreciate it and yeah what you are saying is actually what I would've explain why I think Lispen is talking about the memory of the brutal death of his [King]'s brother, I mean it is pretty brutal because the ignorant humans killed their own saviour and made things worse by thinking that having magic could save them from these open demon doors that was supposedly be closed if the Other King's plan went right but it didn't hence why humans are hopelessly and endlessly fighting with monsters until now. I think he was talking about the cruel death of the [KING]'s brother because of Human that then use it to give tower power, practically sucking its life out of it, that may have caused the [KING] to be gone for a long time and if not something else then and this might've also be the reason why Lispen hates HUMANS.
