Idk about any manga but for anime there's 4 I know:
- Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE! and its sequel Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE! LOVE!
- Mahou x Shounen x Days
- Kamigami no Asobi
- Shugo Chara!+2 further sequels -> with the exception that the entire cast isn't male and there's more focus on the female mc

I only watched Shugo Chara and Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE! which I found boring so Idk how good the others are. But hey, maybe you'll love all of them :D
