I find it realistic tho, Kim Euihyun is a person who isnt frail but has had to overcome a lot of hardships. He is underweight, depressed, stressed and malnourished all of this can make you have a miscarriage. Plus everything hes been through i wouldnt be too surprised
I don’t like this miscarriage twist (if it really is what happened and it’s not just a translation error) because it overcomplicates and overdramatizes the plot too much and makes it such a soap opera. What else, will there be amnesia arc or fake sibling/taeju’s ex appearence? (right before the ending…)
I especially liked this title because of its good balance between dramatic and daily-life/romantic/comedy parts and now this. The author found just drop pregnancy theme or euhyung could abort the child but eh
