I know I'm late but the characters are still minors and even if it's not illegal it's still disturbing. This kind of content shouldn't be normalized because even if it's pure fiction it still has an impact on readers and if everyone consumes it it risks becoming commonplace even in real life. I'm not saying that teenagers having sex is problematic but it's the sexualization of teenagers that is.
