Joachim is such a sweetheart and I love him so much but the fact that he's Swedish always gets to me (ask any Nordic person, Sweden and Denmark are probably bottom of the list for hospitality skills and being so apologetic like Joachim is)

Also Juergen has crazy eyebrows, once you see how disproportionate they are to his face you can't unsee it. I keep trying to imagine them on a normal human face and laughing.
