Idk this is probably just me but honestly chapter 12 just tells me that the dude is so oblivious to others feelings and his love is kinda surface level cause why is the moment you fell for Eri is on the same day that she tells you that “the only reason she even talked to, was nice and befriended you is cause of fuyuki” like what? Like he never took a minute throughout his whole life and wonder why the heck does Eri prioritize fuyuki so, so much more than him to the point where he has to beg fuyuki not to come just for alone “time”. Or else Eri will be upset. If fuyuki were a man he would’ve been upset/ jealous but because she’s a girl he just brushes it off like nah this is what “close friends” do. Even though this really isn’t normal for a partner to have to go through just to send time alone with their “gf”.
