Pedophile is someone of age sexually attracted to minors, ans sexually harrassing and/or having sexual contact with a minor. It did not happen here.
Yuu is certainly in the wrong not stopping properly Tsubaki, but not like Yuu gets a boner every time Tsubaki touches him. The recently happened events made Yuu being embarrassed when Tsubaki touches him, bc he thinks he is trying to do something again.

I'm not? as far as I am concerned, Yuu has been very uncomfortable ever since Tsubaki started making the moves onto him. he was okay with the "Yuu, i like you" thing that Tsubaki says because you know, kids, they can have childhood crushes and it'll pass but he did not see it to THAT extent. he was supposed to let it slide because he doesn't want to hurt Tsubaki's feelings and make him think that he's unlovable. plus, Yuu already rejected Tsubaki but Tsubaki isn't taking no for an answer. he blushes not because he's getting turned on but because he's embarrassed and uncomfortable:/ i know because i observed Yuu's character to such an extent.
