You can find the novel in google books, just type the korean title: 황궁의 정원에는 개가 산다. As for spoilers, I'm not gonna put it because it's too long but all I could say is it's kinda hmmm surprising at the least but at the same time as I read through their relationship I was already expecting the outcome. I just hope the manga will make it a bit more interesting.
