Just some long ass yapping

This manga truly is a rarity these days specially on the BL genre, it sets the bar high for the present BL manga's not just in terms of art but also in plot, characters, and world building. Most BL manga these days are just so toxic that you'll just begin to question their relationship with each other since all that happens if not SA then just coercion and pure hostility to one another like how did they even had a relationship to begin with if from their that incompatible. That's why it's called boy's love, where's the 'LOVE' on that?!.

The world that the author created in this manga doesn't just focus on the 2 mc but also the side characters. You actually get to know them and feel for them as if your looking in their world through en's eyes like literally that's why even if the setting of the scenes are at night we get to see everything as if it was the day since vampires can see well in the dark.

The plot of this manga is quite complex so rereading and firing a couple neurons is a must, I know the characters look like they came straight down from Mt. Olympus but you shouldn't get distracted, you should also focus on the dialogues that's being said so that you can understand the plot.

The art of this manga noticably improves every volume, like for example the hair of characters especially en, his hair on volume 1 is spiky but now in volume 3 his hair looks soft and silky.
Like he's been using some high end conditioner or something.

In terms of world building, this manga is now expanding on the side of dark fantasy specially since it will tackle the lore of fangs more, who knew that a story that started with the relationship building of our 2 mcs is now all about knights, immortality stone and blood purification.

I also like the fact that all characters are named after plants, like ichii (yew), sugi (cedar), utsugi (deutzia), and I think en' s supposed to be enju (pagoda tree). The author probably named them after the scent of there blood.

Overall, fangs is a must read manga but it does take patience to wait for the next volume, so if you want some fangs related content you should follow the author's Twitter while you wait for the next volume
