Omega would suffer until the End, they say. If it follows either path of the Novel, there isn't a happy ending for him. He either dies or almost died

There is a happy ending but at very end and it seems that is very rushed (compared to all the suffering).
That sounds more like a "lets kiss & make up" kinda ending. Rather than a happy one. As I read from the spoilers , that the majority of his suffering is because of the ML in the 1st place? (〜￣△￣)〜 Is it Stockholm syndrome?

Somebody spoil me! What is this guy plotting? I know the prince doesn't plan on actually marrying him, but he's already in too deep. I just know he's also using the prince. The time he chose to make himself known so the prince would seek him out is just too fishy
