I think he’s also from the dead mansion, he got beaten because he didn’t achieved order. The kid who got car accident is Eugene and the lost/deactivated child is hyunwo because both of them have different eyes color (we can’t see the disappeared kid eyes). They said they can’t track him not died at car accident so there’s possibilities of hyunwo tried and succeed in running away.
