Hot tip: go to google/a search engine you prefer and look up "mangago [whatever trope you're looking for]" and you'll get results for reading lists people have made. When you find an okay one or something close enough to what you're looking for, mangago then often recommends lists similar to that one, making it somewhat easier to find things to look at. Unless there is an easier way to look for those lists here, then please tell me lol (￣∇￣")

If you want something angsty and a story that will make you absolutely loathe the villain, I recommend "I shall kill that sweet devil". It is meant for more mature audiences, just be aware. (I have yet to read past s1 but I can say I loved it - not only does the FL and ML regress, so does the villain. Just know that the summary tells the story of their past, which the comic shows in the first 30 chapters before they get to the second life/when they regressed - so if you're someone who qould get impatient at that, don't read the description/summary and skip straight to the story.)
I'm also p sure that at some point in the story of "Revolutionary Princess Eve" the ML may recover memories of the past before she regressed? Not sure, it's been a good few years since I last checked it out and this is something vague I remember other people talking about in the commeny sections. (￣∇￣")
There is that one story where originally the FL gets isekai'd into a dating sim, and after she finally reaches an ending, she has to start all over again - and one of the ML candidates remembers that first timeline in the second one. Sorry I can't remember the name of it rn, but it has a more simplistic and humorous style to it than this.
