I see this story as a portrayal that some people are going through. Its hard, vile and raw. Like i commented somewhere else; the author doest romanticise it. Its cold, hard facts of a tough life. Its heartbreaking to see that someone can go through this hell. I find the author brave to show this side of life.
Its not always sunshine and bunnies sadly.
