It's not really wrong update. Haven't you read the translator's note? It says that this chapter was found in this Manga.

Well, not that it's something VERY bad but it IS a fact that it's an update for the wrong manga.
last chapter was actually from sensei's other manga, kemono ni namida, chapter 8.
