Yeh, the words he uses expresses his love. Maybe he doesnt show it to Iwanaga, cuz maybe he thinks Iwanaga doesnt really feel the same way he does.

Kuro always sayin he hates iwanaga and seems like he ain't dating her seriously, but i think on the inside he actually down bad for her, cause every words he say is more romantic than every confession that exists, "i'll die many times for you", "if i lose my immortality that means im no longer with goodness of wisdom, "remember, you are always right" , "in sickness and in health" they r already a married couple at this point
