I'll be honest with you, how can you see anything romantic related between these 2 characters ? I think you have read too much shojo/romance mangas.

I didn't! But it is a MANGA. Stuff like that pops up out of the blue out of nowhere. Romances in Mangas are always out of left field. So now I don't trust them, whenever there's a father & offspring and one of them isn't killed off. Like if it isn't a romance then which one dies then? The dad, isn't it?

Like I said, till now, nothing that suggests anything romantic. Everything is just warm, found family type, very very lovely.

So are they like father and daughter or is it like he turns savior to love interest? Also like is there like a discovery that she's really his daughter or something? Or is it like a lot of mangas and he ends up marrying her? Which is like he's helping her out but then as she grows up she ends up being his bride? I don't trust mangas
