It's a nice guess , but I don't think Doha knew about the item he's just hungry for sex, he showed the same inpatient behaviour in previous chapters too .
My suggestion is that the game is changing along side with the NPC's acquiring consciousness!
I think the player means they can save this point and save the time/memory they had sex?
Hold up, I've got the suspicion he didn't want to bring Bada into the room with beds because he was afraid that Bada might find the CD player.
If so, does Doha know more about the game and has been in that room before? Why doesn't he want Bada to solve the game?
Maybe I'm reading too much into it and the author just wanted a smut scene on the couch XD
