Not trying to defend actual misogynists out there, but I think the reason people don't have as much problems with Toritsuka and the brother is partly because the both always got some sort of misfortune and punishments when they're being disgusting? And the author also didn't treat them as seriously as Teruhashi.
For me personally, Teruhasi isn't really my cup of tea because sometimes she borderline harrasses Saiki just to boost her ego when he hates it, and the author rewards her by making her plans succeed most of the time. Plus, whenever her storyline comes up, I only laugh when Saiki appears not because she herself is a funny character hahaha
