Both characters are aware of sexual concepts mentally, but they lack physical experience, as it's their first time. They are engaging in sex, so on one hand, there is consent. However, he should have stopped because during sex, one needs to to think of his/her partner's feelings and not solely on his own pleasure... i find that to be disgusting, so i can agree that it is considered to be rape but again like i said there is consent because the whole thing was about them about to have sex.

Yeah, she did infact told him to stop because it was too much (hence the fact she was a virgin so a person’s first time often hurts) but he quite literally didn’t listen and only realized afterwards, but we don’t quite know his reaction yet… will he either apologize or something else?
