I don't think I've ever seen it (both the commercial and the movie) but do you remember who was the creator of the movie you had the DVD of? Because there's a high chance that both movies are from the same studio ^^
Alright y'all I have a very important task I need help with. When I was a very small child I would always see this commercial or preview for a movie on one of my favorite dvds but I never found out what the movie was, nor could I remember what disk the preview was on. A few key elements were that it was definitely an animated movie, it had to do with some guy in a car mask on a hot air balloon, and some girl who was fascinated with him. This is not "The Cat Returns". I'm sorry for such little information but it would probably complete my life if anyone had any idea what I was taking about. Thank you in advance for any help you provide
