It great you love the story but if you hadn't heard this is the last chapter the mangaka wrote so far. She got a 2 year ban because of another mangaka called kayono and this incident caused some of this mangaka's works to go incomplete.

Yep, I guess unless the mangaka chooses to continue it but the manga was released in 2003 so I don't think she would...
What is the kayano incident
It's been a while so I'm gonna go off on memory. The author Kazusa went to court accusing Kayono a shoujo mangaka of plagarism (There is evidence online that shows the very similar poses, layouts and actions unless they were taken down)
Kayono's mother is a popular shoujo mangaka called Ide Chikae who came to court defending her daughter claiming her daughter doesn't read BL so she can't copy what she doesn't read which won them the case. This caused a 2 year ban on Kazusa, discontinuing any work she was doing (like this manga)
Apparently Ide Chikae, even went to pressure kazusa's publishers to drop her. Anyways it happened a long time ago and baka updates shows kayono has written BL under another name (so in other words, they probs lied)
and yes kayono's shoujo mangas are actually on this site
She was one of the best too. Everything of hers was a hit. And yeah she got totally screwed over in a big way. Everyone was outraged about it and manga sites started deleting comments by people who warned of what Kayano did as hate, even when it was just stating the facts and not personal attacks. That's why it's hard to find information about it.
